In Hopeless Trainer Editor when editing a specific trainer 251 Brendan I get the error message saying "Index was outside the bounds of the array" and when I used Advanced Trainer it has an error message saying "Invalid property value. vsbPoke_Change@frmMain."

Is this an easy fix or should I just start completely over? I don't know what I did to cause this, but I haven't done much. I've edited the map of Ever Grand City, removed the animation for the flowers in that location hoping that would make it look right when I get there. I also edited all the gym leaders, elite 4, champion, rivals, and evil team leaders Pokémon to make them more challenging. Added my first NPC with very short dialog.

Like I just started messing with Rom Hacking, I don't know much. Any help is greatly appreciated, Thank You!

I think I had a problem similar to this, it probably happened when I tried to change the trainer picture and I typed a number that was too big, (if the limit was 147 i typed something more than this.) You could try exporting any working trainer using the export button, then using the import button, import that working trainer and replace the one where you get that error message.
