I need help guys

Ok I have had Pokemon Pearl for about 3 years now. But ever since I got to the elite four I cannot win. I beat the first four guys then I have to face that lady in which I dont ever remember her name. Im having a super hard time winning so I just quite. But recently my lvoe for pokemon games is starting to grow again and I wanted to know what I should do in order to win. Are there any secret traning spots with pokemon higher then level 45 that are just in front of the entrence to the final battle? Here are my pokemon

-Aerial Ace
-Fly
-Steel Wing
-Close Combat

-Empoleon Level 55 Item: Shell Bell
-Cut
-Drill Peck
-Surf
-Bubblebeam

-Palkia Level 55 Item: Lustrous Orb
-Water Pulse
-Drangon Pulse
-Dragon Claw
-Special Rend

-Luxray Level 55 Item: Luck Increase
-Hyper Beam
-Thunder Fang
-Thunder
-Crunch

-Golduck Level 45
-Strength
-Zen headbutt
-Water Pulse
-Waterfall

-Kadabra Level 50 Item: Red Shard
-Psycho Cut
-Confusion
-Psychic
-Psybeam

Maybe edit your movesets a bit. i.e. Kadabra has all psy attacks. Maybe evolve it and give it some diff. type attacks.

kadabra can only evolve through trade correcT? if so i cannot do that I have no other friends that play pokemon. what moves would you suggest and where would i find them :D

Get rid of cut and bubblebeam on empoleon, level up you staraptor, if your gonna use golduck get it to learn Ice Beam I think it learns it around lv.37. Get your kadabra to learn Focus Blast and Energy Ball if possible. Focus Blast can be bought at the vielstone department store, but energy ball idk. maybe use thunderbolt instead of thunder, it has better accuracy, on Luxray. Palkia, something other than either dragon claw or dragon pulse. Earth Power if possible, ancient power if not, or even something else, like heal block.

icebeam i dont think i tried to learn it at 37 my golduck is at 45 and has not learned it yet
