    does anyone know where to get a metal coat in fire red?
     
    This could have been asked in Simple Questions.

    And Metal Coat is sometimes attached to wild Magnemite/Mangeton, so bring a Pokemon with Thief unless you wish to catch about 50 Magnemites...
