I need help making an anti water deck...

I could tell right now, there will be questions. But...

I will answer any question.

To explain ,the monster and spell lineup in this deck is to negate desruction from a result of battle. And the trap lineup to kill AOL.

And about the Dark Coffins. It's a AOL deck, you know Mobius is comming.
 
okay...i dueled my friend against his ALO deck, then I activate Heavy Storm, he plays MST *from his hand* then says that Heavy Storm is destroyed...but is Heavy Storms effect negated? cause he said it's not....

What does dark coffin do?
 
K forget the idea of making anti ALO deck because obviously you won't win with whatever deck you got. Lemme explain.

Agent9: "I chain Dust Tornado against A Legendary Ocean for the activation of call of the haunted"

Friend: "No no, you can't do that, because I just revived Jinzo from your graveyard, and that will disable Dust Tornado's effect. Therefore, A Legendary Ocean stays."

Agent9: "...I fold my hand"


Hmm why mecha dog? Not like cannon soldier's "tribute" count as "destroy"... Not too thrilled of relying only on Share the Pain to get the dogs out. Think there's a typo with the 2 Heavy Storm ^^; Crazy Beast? Those fishies will almost always have a higher power than just 1400 though, especially with ALO boost. Also, ALO isn't necessarily Mobius because there's also Levia (which I prefer over Mobius in ALO because it's just more thematic and unique)

Desruction and Negation are 2 different things.

Dark Coffin, when destroyed, it gives the opponent the option to discard or destroy.

Mecha Dog is for fun and chaos food. I know it won't count for Cannon Solider effect.

Yes, that is a typo.

Share the Pain does not destroy either.

Crazy Beast is to remove Mother Grizzly to negate her effect.

I was thinking of different ways of monster removal.

Agent9, frostweaver does have a poiny. Using your own deck is just okay.

Mabye just rebember in your duels and see what would have countered what.

They are unrestricted and works great with Cannon Soldier.

Meh... guess it's casual play but still i'm not so thrilled about using some of those cards.

My point was: you can't win either way because your friend cheats

You can't just play Mystical Space Typhoon from the hand against Heavy Storm in order to negate the effect of Heavy Storm, even though Mystical Space Typhoon is a quickplay... you just can't do that... With rules like that, it's impossible to win.

I wonder why.

Frostweaver is right, he does use illegal cards. Mabye you should refresh him with the rules.
