I need help with playing a hack.

I have a ROM of Pokemon FireRed that's a GBA file. And I play it on NO$GBA, which is an application file. I tried to put a patch on it called "Pokemon Infernal Legend Beta 2." It's a hack of FireRed and It's saved as a WinRAR archive. I'm not sure why it won't play. There's multiple possible reasons.

1. I don't know how to put a patch on FireRed
2. I have the wrong emulator (Not so sure...)
3. Pokemon Infernal Legend Beta 2 was saved as a WinRAR archive.
4. I don't have a Mac. (Who cares about Mac?)

You need a program called Lunar IPS and need to patch the .IPS file onto your .GBA file with the program, which is very straightforward to use and does not need explaining how it works.

Google Lunar IPS (LIPS) and you'll probably get the result you want.

2. Doubtful, if you have VBA it works
3. Extract it with WinRAR, and the ips patch is what you use with LIPS
4. Not relevant.

hmmm, I swear someone has to make a tutorial on that...i get that all the time now a days :P
