i need help!!!!!!!

can someone help me. please i need help with getting my trainer card under my signature.i know this was talked about in the faqs but i couldn't understand it please help.

first u have to host it (e.x. imageshack.us)
then u copy the url of your card
then u go to User Cp
then u go to edit sig.
then u paste it
then u save it
the end

I just copy & pasted what ThePokeMaster said & edited a few things:

First you have to host it at (www.imageshack.us) or (www.photobucket.com)
Then copy the url of your card from the site you hosted your TCard at
Then you go to your PC User Cp
Then you go to "Edit Signature"
Then you paste the url of the hosted TCard into your signature.
Then you click "Save Changes"

If you're using Photobucket, be sure to copy the url with tags, then follow the steps above.

I haven't tried imageshack, so I dont know if that adds a tagged url.
If it doesn't, just copy the normal url, and add the IMG tags in your signature.
