I need help

Well while I was cleaning my room I found a weird pokemon card, it says that it is from 1996 instead of pokemon it says pocket monsters it only says what card number it is not how many there are, it has 2 stars near the right bottom left of the picture I think it might have some reasonable value but I don't know and I'm too lazy XD to go through most websites. Help plz

It's obviously a Japanese card because of the way the backing looks, but beyond that, we'd have to see the front to know if it's worth anything. XD

Either way, this really isn't the best place to ask this kind of thing as you'd have much better luck in this thread.

By the way, two white stars to the bottom right of the picture has nothing to do with rarity. It just means it's from the Neo Genesis set.
