    Sometimes when I try to download some IPS I can not continue the the download and a new page appear to me but there is nothing on it what can I do?
     
    Those attachments broke when PC moved servers, so you'll have to wait until the post author reattaches them, or ask them via PM to do it.
    Besides that, there's nothing you can do.
