I need help.

I'm trying to beat the elite 4 in R/S. However my Pokemon are at around well...... I'll post the ones I'm using:
Skitty lv. 33
Blaziken lv. 50
Plusle lv. 45
Kyogre lv. 49
Linoone lv. 38

So far they aren't helping, what should I do?

try getting your kyoger to lv 56and blaziken to lv 56 those 2 helped me alot in my sapphire
right now my blaziken is lv100 and my kyoger is lv 84

Replace this one.

Blaziken lv. 50
- Fire Blast
- Sky Uppercut
- Return (since you can't breed for Rock Slide atm)
- Bulk Up
It gets Sky Uppercut at Lv. 59, so yeah, beef this one up a little.

Plusle lv. 45
Yeah you don't really need this one either.

Kyogre lv. 49
- Surf
- Thunder
- Ice Beam
- Calm Mind
Once this dude gets to about Level 55, he can wipe out the Elite 4 all by himself.

Linoone lv. 38
Replace.

So far they aren't helping, what should I do?

You don't really need anything except Kyogre, which can single-handedly destroy the Elite 4, and Blaziken, just for the sake of keeping him. For the sake of just empty spaces, get yourself a Salamence to back yourself up with.

It's okay to keep Plusle and Linoone if you want, but Skitty... Just no.

I must also recommend Hi Jump Kick/Brick Break + Shadow Ball Medicham, which takes on the bulk of the e4 by itself as well.

I guess I'll train my Skitty some other time and transfer it to D/P.

Best I can tell you is Victory Road, or any place with high leveled pokemon for EXP training. EV training is a different story.

You don't need to EV train to beat the E4. I beat them with a full ingame team that had all sorts of random evs. ;)

I'd always train to the left and south of Fortree city when i got there. At that point i could easily beat those pokemon, and they give pretty decent exp.
Then, go to victory road, when you get there, and train there.
For Blaziken i always used:
-Slash
-Sky Uppercut/BrickBreak
-Flamethrower
-I forget...
And he worked really well on the E4. Outside of in-game it pretty much sucks, but he worked on the elite four.

I also had a Walrein, and he was really sweet. At higher levels (73 was the highest i trained him and Blaziken to) they could easily take the elite four. Hes a pretty good pokemon over all, especially against the elite 4.
I'd go with Surf and Ice Beam on him for sure, then its up to you.

But yeah, those guys are really only good in game.
