I Need Serious Help!!!

    OK, I have Pokemon Pearl, and I've already beaten the Pokemon League. However, I think my team could be better. Right now I don't have an official team, as I'm always changing between different Pokemon that I have. Here's a team I'm considering (without movesets or items or nature, for now.):

    Lucario
    Infernape
    Kingdra
    Politoed
    Dragonite
    Snorlax

    I definitely know that it can be better. I need help!!! Suggest any Pokemon, add movesets if you wish, just please, help me!!! Feel free to alter the actual Pokemon as well.

    I need a good, competitive team!

    If it's an ingame team then it doesn't matter, pretty much all Pokemon are equal in game. If it's for competitive than post movesets please.

    You could add . . .
    Items to your pokemon.
    Use proteins and stuff like that.
    You can Train them all to lv 100 (If not done).
    Or get pokemon that are super strong like tyranitar, and ho-oh.
    Those are some ways you can make your team better.
    What made my party really good was the perfect moves that trick your opponet.
    Battling on Wi-Fi Could possibly make your chances in skill better. These are some suggestions that can make your party a lot better like mine, but i have done things on my game that i am not proud of.

    Wow, thanks! Thanks to all of you! Anthem of Fire - yeah, I know that I haven't put items on. I do have a Ho-Oh...I borrowed a Game Shark from a friend. And yes, T-tar is one of my big choices. And Blissey. I'm really trying to get a Blissey. Penguinpal and Angelic Diablo: thank you, and sorry for giving you some grief on the "request a team" thread...

    Lucario - weeknesses - fighting, ground, fire
    Infernape - weeknesses - ground, water, fighting, psychic
    Kingdra - weekensses - thunder 4X
    Politoed - weeknesses - thunder (not if he's ground)...
    Dragonite - weeknesses - 4X ice types, dragon, rock
    Snorlax - weeknesses- fighting

    looking at this, a electivire with ice punch, thunder punch, cross chop, and earthquake would TEAR right through this team. except for maybe snorlax due to high defences.

    overall:
    3 physical sweepers
    2 sp. sweepers
    1 wall.

    pretty nice, but politoed needs to leave for an electivire counter.

    Kingdra's only weakness is Dragon, so I changed that for you

    Also I'm sure you meant flying and not fighting for Infernape
     
    Yeah, I see those weaknesses. However, I am looking for some new Pokemon as well. As I said in the first post--"feel free to edit the actual Pokemon." So weaknesses like that can be countered if new Pokemon are in place. Now I'm considering getting Blissey.
