3rd Gen I need some Opinions ^^;

Well guys, I know Fr/Lg Arrived today, but Im on Brazil, so it will take a while to them arrive here... Thats why I need some opinions about them, to know if theyre worth getting ^^;

I want to get it...I wanna get another Blaziken...and FR/LG is the only place to get a Ditto...(mines a male...)...and it would be nice to replay the original adventure anyway...

b) got the cash
c) use the move tutor, and various "legal ways" to do stuff around

Otherwise... one Pokemon game per generation is generally good enough.

I love mine! The wireless is great! At gamestop there were like 20 people who had reserved it and they were all using their wireless tingys. Its great. Its like a blast to the past just with better grafix and colors.

Bah! I hate you! I was told at the gamestop here in Oklahoma City(quess which state! HA!) That it wouldnt be in until Wensday morning, which is when I'm at work, so, at 7pm I get to drive and get mine!

1) The graphics are awsome compared to red/blue
2) Good for lovers of orignal pokemon kanto games
3) Wireless as said before awesome
4) So much more to do like ruby and sapphire it dosen't stop after elite 4
5) All around cool game if you've been wanting a remake of you fav version blue or red

that's what I meant... FRLG isn't worth it unless you're trying to do things "legally." (aka without cheats) Really I don't see what's so thrilling about it besides the fact that it got some better graphics for the old version. Wireless is just reality's way to try to reach up to NB (so aka having NB is like having the wireless adapter functions).

I don't think that 2) is a valid reason, because if you like it you can always play your old cartridge. If you can't stand to play the old thing because of the poor graphics... then doubt that you really like the game that much to begin with. Graphics are just eye candies and good graphics really can't motivate me to play something. It's just not worth the cash to pick up an old game with renewed graphics and close to no changes. Sure there are the Sevii Islands but they aren't much enough of a change... I guess that the Sevii Islands are what you meant by "things to do after the elite 4" but then, battle tower in English lost the E-Card ability and therefore, sucked as it no longer has the neverending new opponents to battle then, and really it's even easier than the RS Tower with no prizes too (not to mention, E-cards can cost quite a bit as well.) Sevii Islands at most sum up to another 2 hours, so nothing "much" in the end afterall.

In my opinion, not a worthy investment unless you're just motivated for the legal ways to do stuff factor. Of course, if someone is giving it for free, I'll still pick it up XD

In FR and LG you can. It's towards the end of the game...dont think i'll be getting it myself.

Dont use anti depressents as a joke, it's really offensive to me. It's an ok game. It's not great just a remake thats it. You dont miss much by not having it. The sevii islands seem about the only good thing in it.

1) so? Golden Sun 1 has awesome graphics and it's one of the crappiest RPG around
2) err... does the running shoe feature really worth the bucks? the most reasonable explanation is how special is broken up into sp.atk and sp.def, however you didn't mention it anyway... meh
3) Netbattle does the same, only it's free (at the cost of you must be glued to the internet, but you get a bigger screen because the monitor is so much bigger than the GBA screen, so in a way it's better for the eye too)
4) if I demand Pokemon to satisfy EVERY one of my desire, I'll throw it out the window already because it doesn't have any plot, but of course that's not the case as I'm still playing it
