    i am looking for a code in pokemon diamond that gives 31 ivs in all states except in speed, i want 0 ivs in speed can someone help!!
     
    The only way you can code that is by adding it to the pokemon's code. If you have an ARDS, I suggest using PokeSav. Google it cause I don't think I'm allowed to post links to that. :) I hope I'm being useful.
     
    Cheat threads are as a whole disallowed. For the admins/mods/whoever this relates to, I don't get it. But whatever.
     
    Youtube search it, I saw one that let's you choose the IV's, but I'm not sure. Hacking can cause your game to crash, but use it at your own risk.
