4th Gen I nid help

I was planning to evolve my eevee to a Vaporeon but when i was training it, it evolved to espeon is espeon a gd pokemon or shld i off my ds n find a water stone to evolve it to Vaporeon? I wan the best choice for the elite four so i am nt sure wat to do now.
My other pokemon are
LvL 37- Typhlosion
LvL 37- Ampharos
LvL 37- Togetic

Um, planning to evolve togetic but dk whr to get shiny/water stone any1 can help n can get it B4 Elite four?

Well, that's what the Help thread sticky at the top of the section is for - use that the next time you need help. =p There's also the In-game Team Help section for asking for opinions on teams so if you want more help with that aspect, post a thread in there.

Anyways, Espeon is a good Pokemon so I would not worry too much about having it instead of Vaporeon. If you want to use a water-type anyways consider stuff like Lapras (Union cave on Fridays) or the Gyarados, although most will do if levelled up enough (and not required).

As for stones - Water Stone can be gotten before the E4: won as 1st prize in the bug catching competition (at random though - you may end up with a different stone) or from Fisherman Tully on route 42 at random (he may call you to give you one if you get his phone number) - or buyable from the Pokealthon shop on Wednesdays. (Seafoam islands and Bill's Grandfather at Cerulean Cape after the E4 is beaten.)

Shiny stone however I believe is only after the E4 (also at the Pokealthon shops after beating the E4, or national park via Rock Climb, or via a trainer phone call on route 14 in Kanto. Togetic will be alright, but you could always trade for it via the Trade Forum section if you have wifi if you want?
