4th Gen I only get certain Pokemons in walks ?

Is it possible that Pokemons in Soulsilver that you can find on walks are different from the ones in Goldheart?


p.s: it totally sucks that the Pikachu event is over :( :( I wanted a Pikachu so bad but I only got my game in the mail this week ;(

there are game specific pokemon. (phanphy for heart gold, skarmory for soulsilver etc...)

I don't think it applies to Pokewalker courses, they should be the same for both versions as it's the same technology.

Serebii doesn't mention anything about it, I think it's just version-exclusives in-game.

This explains it pretty much. In the game itself there are version exclusives, which you'll find here. There is a small tidbit on PokéWalker exclusives, but it does not actually have any dependecy on the game version you have. You can read more on it here [link].
