yes it's ok bagon can learn elemental fangs? if it can it'll be a jolly bagon with dd and the elemental fangs if not maybe just a jolly or adamant bagon with dd

it doesnt have the elemtnal fangs but it has the egg moves hydro pump and DD. also has dragon pulse.

uhh it's 252/252 attack and speed and has the moves leaf blade, psycho cut, swords dance, and night slash. it's very reliable.

it's kind of touched and whatever but it hasnt leveled up so you can reduce it with berries or whatever but it's IV's are as the following-
