I expanded the dex entries of Pokémon and edited the stats ..... but when I openened Advance Trainer, the added pokemon is not viewable...

Is there any way except editing hex..


If hex editing is the only way? how can I do that in FireRed rom?

Don't ever use Advanced Trainer.
1: It's buggy
2: It's incorrectly labeled
3: It's old
4: You can't edit an INI

Use Jambo51's trainer editor since you can correct all of the above. Perfect for new moves and pokemon, everything you want to edit.
