I seeking help

hello, im new here, So i don't know what to say about my profile and such, lol.

but anyway in all seriousness, there is a reason why im here.

You see im seeking help, for a ROM hack i want to make, but can't make it sadly :(
My plan was to make a creepy/disturbing pokemon game, since there isn't many out there.

The premises of the game was going to be about, meloetta. meloetta becomes infected by some sort of virus, which causes her to split into 8 to 9 different forms from her relic song.
The forms are then scattered across the region.
Each form begins to sing, causing pokemon and people to become violent towards one another from there constant singing.
Each form must be caught by the player, so the pokemon and people will become at ease.
Other legendarys were also going be planned in the hack as well, for some will be part of the conflict.

Anyway, my request is this, if you are willing or can do this, im asking if people can create this for me.
You will be allowed to create your own maps and such in the hack, its just the areas need to connect right, and special areas need to be specified for the event pokemon like caverns and islands for meloetta, her forms and other legendary pokemon.

I will provide help as well, for i will provide the sprites and such for the rom.

I wish i could make it on my own, but i can't, for my computer sucks at running advance map and such.

If you can or are willing to help, much appreciation will be rewarded towards you, your name will be in the credits when the rom releases.

You should make a post in the Recruitment thread if you want a search for a team. Also, this Idea is good, but needs to be somewhat polished. It leaves out things the Player wants to know, like, what's the virus that infected Meleotta? Why did the Pokemon and People become violent because of constant singing? Why didn't the people capture the parts instead if they wanted it to stop?

Also, do you plan to add a Main Antagonist? and what happens after capturing all of the forms? Take note, I'm not bashing your Rom Hack, It sounds very promising and has a lot of potential. I just want you to fill in holes here and there.

Other than that, good luck! Your Idea is pretty good, now you just need a team to accomplish it. :)
