i trade the new octillery event

you are french and you have a japaneese event for trade?

I would like to what the event it, where the event came from, where information on the event is posted, and all the stats of the pokemon given out at the event, along with any other pokemon that might have been given out at the event. See the thread on the TRU Manaphy given away, all the info about that event was put out for everyone to see. The movie Darkrai was an event that also had all kinds of information about it put out for everyone. Doing a quick google search i find a few threads about people trading it, but nothing about the event, and one thread saying Octillery is NOT an event pokemon (i can accept if that info is old and outdated, but that is the result of your "google it")

i don't understand japaneese and i think i'm not the only one so it's normal that there's not a lot of information about that event so don't talk to me like it's my fault
