3rd Gen I want Deoxys

i want to know how to get deoxys by not cheating

There was one way a few months ago where they did the Pokemon Rocks America. At that event (which only went to select cities in the U.S.) you would be able to trade to get Deoxys officially. And then there were some times at the Pokemon Center New York where they would give Deoxys away.

But for now, there is no way to get Deoxys without cheating. Maybe soon in the future they will have another give-away, or just give us all a chance to get the rare Deoxys.

I was fortuneate enough to have PRA stop in my city, so, I got a Deoxys =P

You have to have the national dex before you can even try catching it though, so I had to wait before I could try for it, even though I had the ticket. [I had just gotten LG]

There were events, but those are gone.Sorry, but your last resort to get Deoxys is only by cheating.If you can find someone with him though and will be willing to trade him to you.That really isn't cheating.

Um, can't you get the ticket thing and go to the island with Deoxys? I'm not sure the same applies with Japanese and American Pokemon, but I'm sure this is how you can get it....

you get it on three islands guys there is a seceret route on the briget bridge. But first you must have caughten 60 pokemon see professor.oak then the seceret is open.

hey cool u got a deoxys!!! what level was it? i think there is a way to get deoxys without cheats. in mossdeep, ask the man who tells u the rocket launch number. if higher than 56, and if u ve got 180+ pokemon in pokedex, he will ask u to go to moon. say yes. then i think u ll battle deoxys there. cool huh? maybe its just a rumor. i got jirachi & deoxys through an AR. jirachi, lv.7 ot:aaaaaaa, deoxys, lv.6 ot aaaaaaa. :D

We NEVER get those events. The only time I remember them was when P2K and GS were out. Otherwise, it never happens.

ive found somethin else! u might get deoxys on mirage island. does any 1 know how 2 get on mirage island? anyway team rocket is on it. i think after u beat them, u can find deoxys on mirage island. this might only be a rumor though.

No, you don't get Deoxys on Mirage Island, and Team Rocket isn't on it either. You can catch Wobbuffets though... really high level ones. Plus, the Leichi berry plant is on Mirage Island.

Getting on mirage island is tricky... but it can be done. Here's how I did it:
The appearance of Mirage island depends on the IVs of the Pokemon in your party (I think), so what I did was trade out for new party Pokemon with the Pokemon in my PC and revisit the hut where that man is looking for Mirage island. If one of your Pokemon is an IV match, instead of mumbling something about not seeing Mirage island, he'll say "????". That's how you know it's out there.

A word of caution, though. In order to get to Mirage Island from that hut, you need to have a Pokemon who knows surf. Make sure that each set of six that you take to the hut has at least one pokemon who knows surf. Another good thing to keep in mind is all the high-level Wobbuffets on Mirage Island. I'd make sure you also have a Pokemon with you that can defeat a level 45+ Wobbuffet pretty easily - because with Wobbuffet's ability, you won't be able to flee any of the battles.

You don't necessarily have to know what IV is called for, nor do you have to know what the IVs are for any of your pokemon. All you have to know is that the required number changes daily, and that's enough to get you started. Hope that helps!

Currently no way to get Deoxys, if you missed out in Japan or in PRA then tough :P *huggles his Deoxys he got traded from his US friend :P* This can be cosed, since there is officially no legit way, until Nintendo sort it out.
