[Tool] I want to edit stats of pokemons in an existing rom hack (Radical Red)

    As the title said, I want to adjust some stats for the pokemons but Gen III Suite editor will not let me do to malformed ini. Is there another way for me to do this?
     
    Try using Gen 3 Tools and changing one of the INIs so that the number of Pokemon is higher than 411; you may have to repoint some data in the program for this to work.

    Try opening it with hex maniac advance, should work no problem as long as it isn't a really complex decomp hack. (and most aren't)

    Then just ctrl g and search for the pokemon's name.
