    Hello. This was my first time using Picture It! and I decided to make some freaks.
    Please don't flame me or nothing it's my first try so I'd like to hear suggestions and stuff.
    And hopefully they will attach properly.
    I was really bored when I made these and btw the first one is the first one I ever did.

    And fudge01 I didn't download it. I've got XP so it was already installed...well at least it was for me...and that's pretty much the only bit of your post I understood...if you're talking about ROMS I know nothing about them.

    I'll post more later...which is when I can find them...

    EDIT: Oh yeah and H.A.W.K I only used Picture It with a normal Pikachu pic nothing else because I know next to nothing about computars...I thought people would say these suck...

    I did the Moltres one a couple of minutes ago and the others last night.
    I made the 1st one to annoy my dad and the 3rd to represent my teacher.

    Defective pok?mon? Nah I don't think I'm that good...It'll just be freaks until I start having more knowlage of the program I'm using... If you know what Picture It is capable of Moonlight, could you please PM me?

    I just finished doing some more stuff to the Moltres but I'll post it later. :P

    wow that moltress one i mad and how did ya do it on paint
     
    I didn't do it on Paint but I think it just opens in Paint because its a BMP file.
    I did it on Picture It. :D
    Anyway, have ya got any suggestions?
