Heh.. Considering I just finished the Ice Cave not more than a half hour ago, it's almost embarassing to admit that I don't really remember them exactly. I do remember that after you cross the 4 tiles of ice, and you have two afterwards, you go to the upper one and go on it til it breaks, then fall through. From there, I believe there's a ladder, and from that point, you're in another place with 2 more ice patches. Just go through the lower one, and make your way over the ice, til you get out.
