Okay. if there was a simple question thread, i would be posting this there, but sense there isn't i'll go ahead.

Where is Ice rock? i want to eveole eevee into Glacion. and i also want to know where moss rock is for future refernces.

Ice Rock is just south of Lake Acuity. I missed it my first time to Snowpoint.

Just to add on, it's in an almost closed off area in the north eastern part of the really blizzardy bit. North from those houses in the storm. I too missed it the first time.
