    pokemon kanto hoenn with only hoenn pokemon available as starters, trainers teams, and wild pokemon. is this a good idea and is it feasible?
     
    I don't see the reasoning behind this, it's literally just Kanto with a Hoenn Pokedex.

    yep! that is exactly what it is, and there is a bit of reasoning behind it tbh
