Ideas for non-starter playable characters for future PMD games?

    What the title says. What non-starters would you like to see in pokemon mystery dungeon that can be used as playable characters?

    I'll focus on the two generations that didn't experience an original PMD game.

    For gen8, Applin could be interesting. Imagine if Wigglytuff sees it.

    For gen7, I've been to other threads about the same topic and some threads reccommended Rockruff, but I do think that is way too predictable of a choice. I would personally say Formantis or Dewpider or Mudbray. Any of those guys, I can see working.

    So your thoughts?
