If I ran PC I would start producing weaponry and training the moderators for combat.
Then I would take over Apple by force. It would be magnificent.

If i ran PC, i would make connectivity with PS3 users so they can fight against each other in CoD and other games. Then ill train all PC and PS3 users and thwart the Xbox for once and for all ^^

If I ran PC, I would randomly promote people to a special pink usergroup. Then I would randomly give said pink users random powers on random days. They'd still have to follow rules but yeah....fun! :P

I'd promote someone new each week and give a single random power for the week that only they know about. :p

They'd be...like sorta pseudo-junior staff-ish kind of people. XD
