If Pokemon games had an alternate path to take?

It would be pretty cool if we had the chance of playing an villain. I wonder what you would have to do tho, battle others and steal their Pokemon?

Being on the bad side could be an awesome twist. However i think you would have to have multiple save files. Maybe in each you could be limited to certain pokemon or types? That better suit the team your on.
