Could an Mod/Admin freeze or temporarily "ban" your account to make sure you don't go back on it for a while? Then if you want to come back you can contact a staff member and have it unbanned. Is that possible?

Why you would want to do this is beyond me, but I'd say it's possible. Still, if you really want to just lock yourself out, generate a gibberish password, and change your password. Then perform a password reset when you're ready to come back.

I'm not saying the staff will be willing to do so, and you may have to prove you're the owner of the account in order to do so.

This is so parents can't snag your credentials to "ground" you from the site, or worse, someone just asking to get you banned in order to be a pain in the neck.

I think the answer may be like....

"That would be a waste of their time where you should be able to have the self-control to not come back on your own."
