Duskwire makes me think of duskull and electivire, so a combination of the two could be none other than rotom!
 
On your trainer card the only rare colored pokemon is a snorunt, but you need to be evolved, and you are a boy (according to your mini stats) so I say you are a glalie... if I spelled that right...
