I don't use logic either. I use the "choose-the-first-one-to-pop-into-my-head" method.

You have to Click on "Go Advanced" by the "Post Quick Reply" Button, then click on the Button with a Smily Face on the Top Toolbar. A Menu Opens up showing different Smilies. Scroll to the Bottom and Select Open all Smilies. A Page will open showing every Smilie. Click on the Image of the one you want, and then it will be put in your Post. Have Fun.
