Where would your gym be can be any town/city from any reigon
From the 'Sinnoh pole region'. Lol I have no clue.

What type gym?
Ice/Water:X

What gym would you be the first leader second ect.
Hmm. again idk. maybe 7th?

What would your pokemon be and what lvl
Glaceon lv 35

What does the badge look like and what items do you recieve when you beat the leader?
The badge is translucent, and is shaped to look like a prism/ diamond thingie. 3 blue feathers hang from the bottom of it. (presumably from articuno:)) And you recieve TM 121-Ice fang. (I hope that isn't already a TM:C)

Have you created your own obsticle to get to the leader(your own original obsticle and not a copy of another gyms obsticle) like mine cuz i dont recall anyone having an obsticle like that.
The gym resembles a house of mirrors. Except the mirrors are actually panes of ice. You have to smash through (with rock smash) to try and find the leader:p There are also shutes of ice that really det you back if your not careful!

It kinda looks like a laminated lunar wing. Except it has a red line going up the middle. When you win you get hm05 Defog

The whole gym is pretty much covered in fog which explains the reward of HM05 Plus there's trainers pretty much everywhere.

~Various, I find it difficult to stick with just one type. Though if I had to, I'd choose Flying, since their alotta dual-types xD~

A fusation of Mawville and Fortree. Press the switches to move the electric bars. Navigate through the room to reach the Gym Leader.

Type: I would split it between ground and fighting
Badge: It would look like a sort of two flashes going in a circle, from thin to fat, with a diamond in the centre. I'd call it the King Badge
Gym Number: Seven

Gym Obstacle: There are a bunch of fans that blast sand across the room, you need to hit rotating walls to divert the sand and create a pathway through.
Item Received: You get the Brick Break TM and the Sandstorm TM.

I'd be the main character's friend throughout the game and at theend we have that super battle(like Red in r/b/y)
Like I said, I'd be the last guy so I'd have different types.

the entire gym is a flat open floor. However, hidden on certain spots are battles with wild grimer and koffing. Each spot holds an infinite amount of battles and every step on a marked spot initiates a battle. Floor plan below

Obviously, once the leader is defeated, the clear path is marked out, though battles still occur if the player steps off it.

Mines would be mini E4 style you have to beat 4 trainers in a row to get to me.

~A combination of Flannery's holes in the floor, Gardenia's clock idea, and Candice's slippery floor idea, only instead of ice the floor would constantly float around and change with the help of ghost-types moving iy~
