Thunder (electric awesomeness)
Fire Blast (just awesome)
Luster Purge ( just because its cool)

Er... do you mean only offensive attacks or can we have those stat-raisers too? O_o

Well, if we can have stat-raisers too I'd have:
Double Team (weee, can't catch me! ^^; )
Metronome (it all comes down to luck ;) )
Swords Dance (it's just cool ^^; )
Earthquake (rrrrrrrummmmblllle! Hehe ;) )

And if we can only have offensive attacks, then... outrage instead of double team aaand... drill peck ^^;

It depends on what Pokemon is using it. I mean, a Magikarp using Fire Blast and Thunder is still pretty useless.

Anyways, I would have:

Spore – Hi, I can put you to sleep with 100% accuracy, lolz.
Substitute – Your non-damaging moves won't work on me, lolz.
Endeavor – The lower my health is, the lower your health is. Lolz.
Crunch – Ghost types may be immune to Endeavor, but not to Crunch. Lolz!
