I'm biased towards cute stuff, so I'd make the evolution cuter! :D lol Maybe keep the ears round, and give him rounder and bigger eyes. I think it'd look better with a yellow belly too, and not just the ring (despite the evo's name).

It would, well look like Ursaring I guess. Yeah, pretty standard answer. I don't know what else there is, just a bear evolving into another bear.

Is this if Ursaring didn't exist? If not, I'd play with Teddiursa and Ursaring's design features; TU has a crescent moon and to me it could look like UR has an eclipse. I'd do either a version representing the full moon (dark fur and filled yellow circle on forehead) or one representing the sun (yellow fur with a brown filled circle on the forehead).
The dark one would be more slender I think and the light one would have more fluff, to look more like the sun's rays maybe
