Hoenn Champion because it is my favorite region:

My Team:
Wartortle Lv. 62
Sceptile Lv. 62
Flareon Lv. 64
Scizor Lv. 65
Masquerain Lv. 66
Delcatty Lv. 68

I have actually owned each of these pokemon sometime before and trained them as well...
 
I miss Bulbapedia...

I would definitely be the Champion.

Lvl. 76 - Salamence
Lvl. 75 - Metagross
Lvl. 74 - Milotic
Lvl. 72 - Claydol
Lvl. 73 - Dusclops
Lvl. 80 - Blaziken

Hoenn needs higher Pokemon levels for the league. Especially for the Champion.

I don't understand your question.
Are you asking whether we would want to be a gym leader, a elite four or a champion
or are you just asking what are favourite team is?

Empoleon lv 62 (Penguins are awesome!)
 
I would first, freaking have a black suit with purple lightning bolts. Then I'd be the champ. Then...
