Articuno isn't so much OU as it is Legend. However, I agree that it doesn't really fit the team's overall theme. Though it might be disadvantageous, you might look into the other ice-flying bird, Delibird. You could use the same set (replacing Roar with Rapid Spin) on Delibird if you choose the Vital Spirit nature, or go with a Choice Banding bird to feed off of Hustle.
