Sorry about the delayed response. I really don't know if it does, I don't calculate IVs. If you're really interested in it, I wouldn't mind calculating them for you if you'd tell me how.

The only thing I know is it's characteristic is "Likes to thrash about", and I'm fairly certain that means it's highest IV is in attack.

Okay, so I just hatched the last egg. I got two Sneasels, one female one male, a male Ralts, and a male Elekid.

The Sneasels had Ice Punch, Taunt, and Pursuit, the Ralts just had growl, and the Elekid had Cross Chop and Ice Punch.

Did that help at all? :3
