Your trainers need a bit of work... the colors don't really blend, and the parts they're made from are still recognizable... I can easily see the male protagonist and Noah as a Dragon Tamer and Norman, and I'm pretty sure the female protagonist has a swimmer's head. You should try editing the hair and faces a little more.

The outlining on Rabbush is inconsistent. The ears are light all around and much of the body is dark all around. You should have these affected by the light source like the rest of it. Similarly, your Siba (which is very good, by the way) has some black outline on the sides you'd expect to see a lighter color.

Your first three virus pokemon are a little strange, but I like the concecpt. The Ice and Sleep ones, though, are too distracting since their symbols stick out too much. I also like the simplicity and consistency of your badges, except for the Haunter hand. It kind of stands out. You made something for the rest, why not for the ghost badge as well?

Emuar could use a little touching up. Its tail is thick in the middle and thin at both ends. I know tails can be pretty tricky, but it would look better if it were the same size all along or if it went from large to small, but not small -> large -> small. Its front paw also seems to become thin where it reaches the body.

Also, nothing really to do with your sprites, but there's an awful lot of text on this page. It's really quite separate from the artwork and I found it a bit distracting.
