I have a shiny dratini,totodile UT, and the ones in my thread. I have 4 pkemon with flawless IVs, and you need the azure flute arceus to unlock sinjoh ruins. The azure flute wasent even released in the US.shinies, flawless iv's, events does the TRU Arceus unlock the sinjoh ruins event
