5th Gen I'm...a heartbreaker... My name...Charles...

Anyone find his character a bit disappointing? Like there could have been so much potential. I want to know his story but we get NOTHING. It bothers me that there is no depth to his character whatsoever. :')

I guess maybe in the eventual remakes he could become leader of the rebranded Black Empoleon to sorta give him a purpose.
