    ...should I do to learn how to make a good one? Also, I want to know, about the Pokemon Brown and Prism hacks, do they try to make the game harder in anyway?

    You can go to the Emulation section for Pokemon Hacks. : D
     
    The best way to learn, or ask questions about a certain hack is to that game's own thread. ><; Unfortunately, since this area is only for introductions, I can't let this stay open though.

    There's also plenty of tutorials, and help threads in the Rom Hacking area, too.

    This area might be the most helpful to you, so good luck!
