    Wazzup it's me Sanic_.

    I would like to make tools for GBA pokemon. I can c++ and a little python but I have no idea how to use that to make tools couls dsomeone guide me somewhere? I am 14 and I got really much "free time" (I know it's wrong but I don't know the right word).
