I have no idea what I'm doing, and I don't know if it's outdated or what, but I can't find the program pkmnadv anywhere on the internet for the life of me. Found pocketscript, but yeah, pkmnadv is no where. If not an installation link or where to find it, can someone give me a link to an easy script tutorial that doesn't use it? Because that's all I've been able to find for days now, and I really don't know what to do at all. Please help... "orz

And I remember Pocket Script. Oh man, those were the days...don't use it. It's old (as in super old, incredibly outdated), barely has any tutorials or support, and far too convoluted. Use XSE instead. You'll find countless tutorials and videos on how to use it.

Well, one of the most ubiquitous is Diegoisawesome's tutorial, which is on this very site.

Okay so I found some really nice tutorials on here and I think I pretty much get the gist of it, but when I go to actually make like a new npc say something, I get a dialogue box of infinite gibberish...(can't share image so...)

I literally copy and pasted the code from the tutorial and I have no idea why it isn't working...

Can anyone help me out? "orz I don't know if it's because I'm trying to hack emerald or what...
