To use Paint you should have much more practice.

Well, I think most of the placement is actually right, it's just the fonts, are you really really sure you downloaded them?

The pic border and the evolution sign are destroyed. Also the name is too low and the HP is too up! Also, you need much experience with Photoshop, if you still destroy the borders...
