    I'm looking to do a run of the original pokemon games where everything is wigglytuffs

    I have a cheat to make all wild pokemon wigglytuffs.

    Where do I get a code to make all given pokemon wigglytuffs?

    What about all trainer pokemon?

    Before you say it. Yes this was inspired by the 4chan post.

    Interesting style of play there; I'm not too sure where you could find such an addition to a Pokemon game, but I'd recommend you try asking here, as Fourth Gen isn't the place for ROM Hacking and Emulation questions.
