What are the post requirements for new "ranks"?

Well, depends on what you mean by "new ranks"?

If you mean the little title under your user name, the one that reads "Beginning Trainer," there's a list floating somewhere around here that breaks it down, but honestly, it's really outdated. :P You're free to change your user title to whatever you please it to be in your UserCP.

However, this is really more of a question for Community Questions and Feedback, so I'll move it there for you.
