I came here because I'm learning how to make rom hacks. Even if I don't post much, I'll probably be active anyway.

If you are learning to make a rom-hack, I would specifically suggest taking a look at the Documents and Tutorials sub-form located in the section that the lovely Neko-Chan has linked for you. ;D
That should get you started out quite nicely.

Oh, but you must a lot! What's the fun in joining a community if you don't contribute to the conversations? If you find yourself unable to post a lot in the rom-hacking section, just take a look in the other areas of PC; I'm sure you will find a thread that will "suit your fancy."

Well, at least you say you're going to be active. That's always a plus. ;D
However, if you're going to be an active member you may want to read over the Community Rules and FAQ in order to arm yourself with knowledge. xD
(You never know... it could will come in handy!)

    Have a great time!

Ohai, FlameShocker and welcome! I'm pretty sure I told someone else earlier today, but here at the Pokecommunity we have no shortage of ROM Hackers :3

Try to post as much as you can, it's more fun that way!
