I'd like to try a Seismic Toss Smeargle.
 
No, it doesn't KO anything and he will die next turn.
 
I use the OHKO set for Smeargle as an alternate. I've really annoyed my NBers with it. :)
 
Pokemon with OHKO moves should only be used on 100% OHKO teams like mine or else you'll be hated a lot.
 
Lol. I kind of don't care if I'm hated. Besides, I quit use the OHKO moves when a bunch of the NetBattle servers banned them. :(

I was suggesting NetBattle. Sorry. You can teach it anything in-game. Mine stinks even for in-game. I used a Smeargle 3 years ago and it knew Surf/Spore/Fire Blast/Thunder I think. Don't use my set. :)
