We describe someone as being "a spammer", not that someone "is spam". Spammer is the person, spam is the product, there's a difference.
If you think that the mass opinion of you is that you're a spammer, you have no choice but to evaluate yourself and try to move upward, whether it be making more relevant topics, using better spelling, etc. I really don't know your situation since I've only seen a couple of your threads, so let me clarify that I'm saying this out of neutrality and am just trying to offer advice that I would offer anyone in your situation. It's no more difficult than to merely make a commitment to better yourself. It may take practice, and you take a few more hits from people, but forumers who make a concerted effort to change their situation generally tend to.
