    Would someone help me editing the tittle screen...it's rearrange...(i'm trying to hacking pokemon emerald)
     
    Here's one tutorial for Emerald Title Screen hacking. You can check the dark depths of the Tutorials section for more (if you can find any. Sometimes it takes ages to find the thing you really need, since there's no many.) Google also gave me other tutorials not on Pokecommunity. I'm sure you'll find something that works.

    I hack FireRed, but if hacking the title screen in Emerald is anything like in FireRed, you'll probably need

    1. unLZ GBA (for inserting)
    2. Some kind of image editing software (like photoshop/gimp/ms paint)
    3. Some kind of tile map program (Like NTME)

    Best of luck with this endeavor. It'll probably take a lot of trial and error, so back up your ROM a lot.
