Has there ever been a time when you could nearly taste victory, but, in a random series of events, or one deciding blow, things went completely haywire? Basically this is the opposite of the luckiest in-game moment thread, but with a cooler title.
So, what was the worst hax against you, that you've witnessed?

Battle Tower, 1 guy before Palmer, and I'm up three pokemon to his one. He sends out Magmar, and somehow destroys my team. Dx

    Ice Power

Well, I have many, but I will say one out. I was fighting against the gym leader of Ice, Candice. She was so easy to beat with my fire pokemon, but I tried to defeat her without my fire pokemon, testing out my theory, and nearly defeated her. It was until she sent out this pokemon...sorry for the loss of memory, I borrowed my aunt's game at the time, and defeated me on the first attack. Never knew she had this pokemon, probably a glitch or something.

I have a lot of experiences, but one I can recall is whenever I'm in the Battle Frontier, I hate it when my attacks either miss due to Double Team or whenever my Pokemon can't attack due to paralysis twice or more than that in a row.

^ What's worse is Paralysis with Confusion. Then you can't launch an attack for like 5 turns. :3
Which happens a lot to me at Battle Frontier.

i usually get the (certain scarf that keeps your pokemon from dying/fainting) and use and attack that has a 4x weakness plus the STAB as well, annoys me becuase then i get confused and then end up knocking myself out, i swear i should have a rattata with quick attack or something, but then it would be a ghost type the one time i do bring a pokemon with quick attack or extreme speed.

After my Doredia used Sleep Powder on what's his face Champion's Urgamoth, it woke right up and Overheated me. :( ...Then I reset the game, lol. Yay for saving.
